This Executive Summary summarises the Draft Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) prepared as part of the EIA process that is being undertaken for a proposed three-dimensional (3D) seismic survey in Petroleum Exploration Licence 90 (PEL 90), Orange Basin, off the coast of southern Namibia. PEL 90 governs Block 2813B, which is located in the deepwater Orange Basin off the coast of southern Namibia (see Figure 1). PEL 90 covers an area of approximately 5 433 km2 and is located between 200 km and 250 km offshore in water depths ranging from 2 300 m to 3 300 m.
