Jacobs descended upon the town of L\u00fcderitz and engaged both the Chairperson of the L\u00fcderitz Town Council His Worship, the Mayor Hon. Cllr. B. Mckay, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the L\u00fcderitz Town Council Mr. O. K. Shipanga; Mrs. Victoria Wilson, representing the L\u00fcderitz Crayfish Festival Trust and the Management Committee of the Helping Hands Old Age Home, under the Chairpersonship of by Mrs. A. Bostander. The visiting delegation is in town to ascertain the eligibility of the Helping Hands Old Age Home to become a fully registered and compliant entity as per the regulating Act.
