The move to undertake a preliminary feasibility and assessment within L\u00fcderitz, is guided by BON\u2019s vision of being closer to the people it serves, and L\u00fcderitz is being mooted as the town within the ||Kharas Region, where BON will set-up their second branch; the other being located in Oshakati.
