The conferment was followed by a Commissioner-General Parade where the current crop of Service Members joined by new recruits strutted their drilling skills with uniformity of motion and strict discipline in one accord, joining the Commissioner-General\u2019s Parade, His Worship, the Mayor Hon. Cllr. B.
