Cllr. Brigitte Fredericks in support of the Office of the Mayor under the leadership of His Worship, Hon. Cllr. Phillippus Balhao for the slated event. Namibia Ship Chandlers (PTY) provided five hundred (500) of each food item encompassing the food parcels. On hand at the donation hand-over, Her Worship, the Deputy Mayor Hon. Cllr. Brigitte Fredericks and Council Member Hon. Cllr.
