These were the sentiments of the Chairperson of the L\u00fcderitz Town Council Management Committee Hon. Cllr. Anna-Marie Hartzenberg accompanied by the Acting Chief Executive Officer Mr. Otto K. Shipanga, during the signing ceremony of the wage increase of 4% backdated to the 01<sup>st<\/sup> July 2023, effecting all employees across the board.
