Her Worship, the Deputy Mayor, Hon. Cllr. Josephine Heita and the Chairperson of the Tses Village Council Hon. Cllr. Julian J. Christiaan officiated at the signing ceremony, in attendance were Councilor&#8217;s and Management from both Councils.
