The production facility will be located in the ||Kharas Region in the town of L\u00fcderitz with an anticipated 15 000 labor force for the construction period, earmarked to start during 2028. The industry will require new injections of skills, due to its shortage within the Technical and Vocational Education sector and the Green Hydrogen Scholarship is meant to up and re-skill youth for uptake during the pre and post construction period. Cllr. Suzan Ndjaleka accompanied by the town&#8217;s Deputy Mayor, Her Worship Hon. Cllr. Josephine Heita and members from both SASSCAL and NSFAF addressed the eager youth in L\u00fcderitz on the 09 July 2025.
