The exercise brought together women, children, and other community members to spatially identify key safety concerns, including unsafe walking routes, poorly lit areas, safe spaces for children to play, and priority locations for floodlight installation. This participatory process provides valuable insights into the lived experiences of residents and forms the foundation for evidence-based planning. The outcomes will inform targeted interventions aimed at enhancing safety, accessibility, and inclusivity within L\u00fcderitz, while strengthening collaboration between the community, local leaders, and the L\u00fcderitz Town Council.
