Council awarded CEPM &amp; Partners Engineering (PTY) LTD with a procurement contract to the value of N$ 3\u00a0900\u00a0000.00 for the upgrade of the sewer reticulation, pump stations and associated works in order to cater for increasing wastewater, whilst the same contract will address sewer related shortcomings such as replacement of sewer pipelines in some areas of town and to allow for further expansion in support of the upcoming industrial initiatives planned for L\u00fcderitz. The contractor will furthermore, evaluate the condition of existing equipment, structures, and facilities and provide recommendations and design solutions for all civil works, electrical works, mechanical works and process to ensure final effluent meets the required standards.
