The agreement provides for the deployment of a Development Advisor to support the Town Council in achieving its strategic objectives, including the development and implementation of a Smart City Roadmap for L\u00fcderitz. In addition, the advisor will introduce and implement innovative tools such as digital twins for land management, enabling the town to better visualize spatial data and make evidence-based decisions for integrated urban development. The signing ceremony was officiated by the Chairperson of the Management Committee, Hon. Cllr. Ockert Theron, assisted by the Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Austin K.
