The Project will run for a period of 2 and 1\/2 years under the theme, &#8220;Making L\u00fcderitz Town Council fit for the future&#8221; focused on an improved Council where services are enhanced. The project will enlist two engineers during its tenure with the following focus areas, a). Institutional strengthening, b). Bankable pipeline infrastructure and c). Financial sustainability. The VNG Team comprising of Dr. Anton Olivier from Namibia accompanied by Mr. Karim Boussak and Mrs. Michelle van Raake from the Kingdom the Netherlands are conducting a week long assessment and readiness for the start of the Project.
