The Build Together Building Programme is poised to kick-start during March of 2026, with the construction of Phase 1 with the identified fifteen beneficiaries. This is being followed by an application and selection process initiated after Council was awarded N$ 1.2 Million during the 2025/26 Financial Period by the Build Together Trust Fund, administrated by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development. A briefing session was hosted by Council on the 03 March 2026 to guide the recipients on the modes operandi, pertaining the programme. In an effort to aid the community to enhance their standard of living and restore human dignity, Council has fully subsidized the 15 erven, to ease the associated cost of construction tied to the the typography of Lüderitz.
