Dear Stakeholder’s; in accordance with section 27, subsection [2] of the Electricity Act 4 of 2007, pursuant to the abovementioned legal provision, a thorough review of the Operating and Reporting Manual submitted to the ECB was conducted and the ECB granted the Lüderitz Town Council an effective average tariff increase of 4.7%.
