Cllr. B. Mckay. In receiving his guest of Honour; His Worship, the Mayor of Windhoek Hon. Cllr. Joseph Uapingene expressed gratitude toward the prayers submitted of hope, strength, fortitude and a legacy extended by His Worship, the Mayor of Lüderitz Hon. Cllr. Mckay. The two Mayors have resolved to collaborate in their common pursuit of collective service delivery to their constituents.
