The rocky and difficult terrains of Lüderitz that, makes building a very expensive undertaking did not deter nor hinder the leadership to deliver on our mandate despite the odds. The project to service fifty-five [55] residential erven in Nautilus Extension Three [3] started in November 2021 and the site was handed over to the Council leadership in June 2023. Council undertook the earth works and bulk infrastructure servicing at a total project cost of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Namibian Dollars [N$ 4 600 000.00] with the sizes of the erven ranging between Three Hundred and Fifty to Four Hundred and Fifty Square Meters [350 – 450 sqm].
