The conditions of roads, network connectivity and access to schools were on the Agenda, when Members of Parliament, representing the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Housing; under Chairmanship of Hon. Abraham Alfues Kaushiweni [M.P.] called upon both the Constituency and Local Authority Councilors’ during their oversight visit to the !Nami #Nus Constituency on the 11 August 2023. The Honorable members were appraised on the need for the introduction of more schools in town and the upgrading of the road network infrastructure and were further accorded a presentation by Council and the Constituency Councilor on the status quo of the town. The Honorable members were further taken on a familiarization tour of the various conditions in and around town, resolving to table notions pertaining their findings in the National Council for consideration and application.
